At Luxxesh, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

If your return is approved, we will share the return instructions.

You may dispatch the parcel back to us using any courier of your choice and share the tracking details. However, Luxxesh is not responsible if the return parcel does not reach us, nor liable for any return shipping charges.

Any claims would not be considered without any unboxing video evidence

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
